Brooklyn man arrested for running brothels around Wall Street

Manhattan, NY, United States (4E) – An undercover sting operation has taken down early this month a Manhattan prostitution ring that offers the ‘girlfriend experience’ for customers who prefer Asian women, the 42-year-old ringleader has been arrested.

According to police, William Thomas from Brooklyn, has been charged with promoting prostitution after being busted when an undercover officer acted as a customer who wanted to have a sexual encounter with an Asian woman.

The undercover police contacted Thomas using the websites www.E4AKorea.com and www.E4ANYC.com, where images displaying half-naked Asian women guaranteeing the ‘girlfriend experience’ for up to $300 an hour, were advertised.

The websites, which have been shut down, claimed that ‘GFE’s do multipop on an hourly basis,’ stating that the hooker would have sex multiple times.

Thomas posted $10,000 bail two days after being arrested on October 11.

Prosecutors said that the undercover officer, who became a member of the E4AKorea private men’s club, maintained communication with Thomas by email and text.

It was reported that he visited one of the brothels and met a Korean woman who called herself ‘Olivia.’ She informed him that he could kiss her but condom should be worn during sex.

The complaint stated: “The undercover officer asked for a Japanese girl, and [Rei Spain] said the Japanese girls don’t do full service, only massage and “happy ending” for $100 plus $40 tip.”

Two women, 28-year-old Jung Lee from Queens and 38-year-old Rei Spain from Long Island, were also taken in custody for prostitution and promoting prostitution.

Lee is booked at Riker’s Island while Spain has been released without bail.

Officials said that the brothels were allegedly located in various buildings and apartments along the Financial District, East 50th Street, West 36th Street and East 58th Street.

Neighbors of one of the sex dens, who applauded the bust, noted that Thomas’ business was doing great because there were always random guys walking in all the time.
