California police investigate video of man being set on fire

Long Beach, CA, United States (4E) – A surveillance video of a 54-year-old man being set ablaze has been released by the California police Sunday, in the hopes of helping investigators find the suspect.
The Long Beach police reported that the victim, who was sitting in front a store located along W. Pacific Coast Highway Friday at about 7 p.m., was engulfed in flames after being hit by a Molotov cocktail thrown by the still unidentified suspect.
Sgt. Aaron Eaton said that the man, whose name was not released, was critically injured and brought to a local hospital. He is in a serious but stable condition.
The suspect escaped and witnesses attempted to put out the flames.
Eaton added that the motive for the attack is not known, the victim was just sitting there just minding his own business.
The suspect, who is wearing light clothing, is described as 20-something, about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds.
Police also divulge that the suspect may have burned himself while committing the crime.
