Florida couple has sex on Orlando restaurant table, man arrested for not paying the bill

Orlando, FL, United States (4E) – A 32-year-old man and his unidentified companion recently had sex on an outdoor table of a popular restaurant in Orlando, Florida in full view of patrons including those with children but when police came, the man was charged only for refusing to pay for his meal.

Paddy Murphy’s restaurant manager, Tom Murphy, was alerted by customers who attempted to shield minors from seeing the couple’s indecent activity in the patio area of the place.

Murphy asked the couple to finish their business elsewhere but Jeremie Calo said his girlfriend, Tiffani Lynn Barganier, “can’t get up at this time” because she was on top of him, that answer made him call for police assistance.

The couple allegedly tried to leave without paying their tab, resulting to the male suspect’s involvement in a scuffle with restaurant employees, who retained him until Orlando police arrived.

Calo was arrested for declining to pay the $101 restaurant bill.

No charges were brought against either party connected to public lewdness or other possible indecent exposure-offenses because the parents who witnessed the sex acts decided not give any statements to the police.

The couple has been banned from the restaurant for one year.
