Pedestrian Struck in Hit-and-run Accident in Decatur Township

DECATUR TOWNSHIP – A hit-and-run accident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. Tuesday during which an unknown vehicle struck a 29-year-old Decatur Township man from behind along Decatur Street.
According to Decatur Township police, the man was walking along the roadway when he was struck by the vehicle. Due to the injuries he sustained, he wasn’t able to provide a vehicle description to police.
