Free Car Safety Seat Checks Available Friday at Tyrone Hospital Campus

Free car seat safety checks will be provided from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday in the Tyrone Medical Associates (TMA) parking lot located at 225 Hospital Dr., on the Tyrone Hospital campus in Tyrone.
Car seat inspections will be provided along with assistance for proper installation. An evaluation of each seat for possible recalls will also be conducted.
The car seat inspections are being co-sponsored by Safe Kids Coalition in Blair County, Kishor Patel, M.D., pediatrician at Tyrone Medical Associates, and Kelly Wike, of State Farm Insurance in Tyrone.
