Riverside, CA, United States (4E) – The body of a 30-year-old California woman who has been missing since September was found by a bicyclist Saturday in a field near Jurupa Avenue and Tyler Street in Riverside.

Kimberly Lynn Dow, of Riverside, was reported missing by her mother, Lori Dow, two weeks after she was last seen.

Sgt. David Amador said that Dow’s death has been ruled as a homicide.

He added that her body had been wrapped and it was obvious someone was trying to conceal the fact that she was there.

Investigators are now looking for Dow’s boyfriend, Thomas James Fulk.

Amador said that Fulk “has resisted and avoided all our attempts to contact him.”

Fulk and Dow had been living together until Dow’s disappearance.

Dow’s father, Mike Dow, expressed fear that the boyfriend is getting help from someone.

He said “if you’re hiding him or if you’re helping him in any way….if he’s the killer of my daughter, then her blood is on your hands.”

Dow’s mother stated that Fulk is the one that can answer those questions and he needs to man up.

Court records revealed Fulk has felony convictions for burglary and possession of controlled substances. He also had misdemeanor convictions for spousal abuse and battery.

The court has issued an arrest warrant to Fulk for violation of probation on two unrelated cases.

Anyone with information on Thomas Fulk is asked to contact Detective Jim Simons at 951-353-7138 or Detective Jim Brandt at 951-353-7137, or the Dispatch Center at 951-787-7911.

Fulk is considered armed and dangerous and the public are warned not to contact him and are asked to call police if he is seen.
