State Police Investigating Hit-and-run at Sheetz

DECATUR TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based state police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred at approximately 6:10 a.m. Tuesday in the Sheetz parking lot in Decatur Township.
An unidentified male motorist was backing up his 1988 Chevrolet pick-up truck from its parking stall. He rear-ended the left, rear bumper of a 2007 Ford Fusion and then fled the scene traveling westbound on U.S. Route 322.
The pick-up truck was black in color and had the Pennsylvania registration of YZR9835. The car was a four-door and red-colored; it sustained minor damage. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
