No Injuries Reported after Two-vehicle Accident in Morris Township

MORRIS TOWNSHIP – No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at 3:38 p.m. Sunday along the Troy – Hawk Run Highway in Morris Township, according to the Clearfield-based state police.

Winifred R. Rock, 57, of Philipsburg, NJ was stopped in the southbound lane; she was waiting to make a left-hand turn into the Fox’s Pizza parking lot. The Rock vehicle was struck by a vehicle operated by Jean Leach, 81, of Philipsburg.

The Rock vehicle sustained disabling damage, while the Leach vehicle had minor damage.

Neither Rock nor Leach was injured. Both were wearing their seatbelts. Leach will be charged with driving vehicle at safe speed through the district court.
