No Injuries Reported after I-80 Mishap in Lawrence Township

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle mishap at 3:38 p.m. Sunday along Interstate 80 westbound at mile marker 120 in Lawrence Township, according to the Clearfield-based state police.

Earla J. Yearick, 47, of Springsboro was traveling in the right-hand lane on I-80 when a merging vehicle cut her off. Yearick lost control of her vehicle, and it traveled across both lanes into the center median, striking a cement culvert.

Neither Yearick nor her 13-year-old passenger was injured in the mishap. Both were wearing their seatbelts. The Yearick vehicle was towed from the scene.
