Police Report: Ridgway PSP

• The investigation is continuing into the death of a 31-year-old Johnsonburg man that occurred sometime between 2:30 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday in a power line area south of state Route 255 in Ridgway Township. The man was found deceased inside his vehicle, and there aren’t any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
• The investigation is continuing into an incident of aggravated assault that occurred 1 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of SR 219 and SR 948 in Ridgway Township. Two state troopers were attempting to serve a warrant on a 55-year-old Ridgway man. He allegedly attempted to flee and swung at one trooper and also threatened to stab the other with a pen. He was subdued and then apprehended by the troopers.
