WJAC-TV: Man Attempts to Push Woman from Moving Car during Argument over Marijuana

INDIANA COUNTY – Pennsylvania State Police at Indiana County are investigating an incident in which a 24-year-old Homer City man has been accused of attempting to push a woman from his moving car last week.
State police said a 23-year-old Punxsutawney woman allegedly wanted the man to drive her to purchase marijuana. When he refused, they engaged in an argument.
Both the man and woman suffered minor injuries.
The man is facing aggravated assault and related charges. The woman was also charged because there were two juveniles in the car at the time of the incident.
