Police Report: Clearfield Borough

• A fight was reported in progress at a local establishment. County Control stated that emergency personnel were being dispatched for an unconscious male.  Upon police arrival, it was determined that there were two, separate incidences.  The persons who were causing the disturbance were gone prior to police arrival and the unconscious male suffered a seizure but was alert and refused assistance from emergency personnel.
• An incident of harassment by communication was reported to police.
• Police responded to a 911 hang-up call and found that a child was playing with the phone.
