Police Report: Sandy Township

- Several reports of damaged mailboxes and posts were received from South Main Street residents on Monday.
- Police responded to a Quarry Avenue residence for a 911 hang-up call and possible domestic dispute on Monday. Upon arrival officers found the house empty and a back door open. Police made contact with one of the residents by phone and everything appeared to be OK.
- A Wasson Avenue woman reported Monday that she had ordered and paid for a headstone through Lake Lawn Cemetery in Reynoldsville, but she hadn’t received it. The investigation is continuing.
- A 21-year-old Quarry Avenue woman reported Tuesday that a known man was making harassing phone calls to her mother.
