Police Report: Clearfield PSP

- An incident of theft occurred sometime between 1 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at Emigh’s Garage in Boggs Township. Someone removed seven batteries from vehicles owned by the victim. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
- Minor injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday on the Rockton Mountain Highway in Pine Township. Zachery R. Schreckengost, 25, of Clearfield was traveling westbound when a deer entered the roadway in front of his vehicle. He didn’t have any time to react and struck the deer. He sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. Schreckengost was wearing his seatbelt.
