Man Accused of Sending Girl Explicit Accounts of Sexual Conduct on Facebook

HOUTZDALE – The Clearfield-based state police are investigating an incident in which an 18-year-old Mahaffey man sent explicit and detailed, narrative accounts of sexual conduct to a 13-year-old Houtzdale girl through Facebook sometime Wednesday and Thursday.
No further information was provided in the state police report.
