Philipsburg Man Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

PHILIPSBURG – A 19-year-old Philipsburg man was arrested on a bench warrant for burglary at 5:25 p.m. Saturday on Spruce Street in Philipsburg Borough. He was found in possession of a marijuana pipe when he was searched by the Philipsburg-based state police.
The man has been charged through Magisterial District Judge Allen Sinclair’s office for possession of drug paraphernalia.
