Glendale, AZ, United States (4E) – Pop star Justin Bieber proves he’s no weakling as he went on to finish his concert in Arizona Saturday even when he was sick, retreating off the stage more than once to throw up.

Bieber was said to have been under fatigue because of rigorous rehearsals before the show.

The sold-out performance was held at the Jobing Arena in Glendale as a kick-off of Bieber’s “Believe” tour. It may not be flawless, but fans were nothing but supportive of their idol especially when he apologized, saying at one point, “It’s hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people…Will you love me even though I’m throwing up on stage?” How could Beliebers resist that?

Meanwhile, the 18-year-old pop star is resting, and posted a shirtless photo of him hours after the show on Twitter captioned, “Great show. Getting better for tomorrow’s show !!!! Love u.”

He followed it up with “Milk was a bad choice! Lol”

Bieber, who has dedicated one of his songs during his oncert to Avalanna Routh, his 6-year-old fan who recently passed away due to a rare kind of brain cancer, also tweeted after the concert, “Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u.”
