State Police Probing Alleged Sexual Assault from 2006-2010

RUSH TOWNSHIP – The investigation is continuing into alleged sexual assault that occurred between June of 2006 and May of 2010 in Rush Township.
Centre County Children, Youth and Family Services contacted the Philipsburg-based state police regarding the incident. CYFS advised a 16-year-old girl had made statements in counseling in which she alleged sexual assault.
No further information was provided in the state police report.
