Police Report: Clearfield Borough

  • A noise complaint was unfounded on West Side.
  • An open door was observed on a vehicle in East End. Police made contact with the owner who said that he had left it open by mistake.
  • A 32-year-old Clearfield man was intoxicated and attempted to enter a Chase Street residence. The man also had a warrant out for his arrest for unpaid fines. The man was incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail and, where he was awaiting arraignment.
  • A domestic dispute occurred along South Second Street when two sisters, ages 23 and 26, allegedly fought over their television’s volume. While at the scene, police discovered five adults and a child were living in the single-bedroom apartment. Police issued referrals to the Clearfield County Children, Youth and Family Services, Clearfield County Probation and Clearfield Borough Code Enforcement. The women were cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.
