WJAC-TV: Police, Coroner Investigating after Man Found Dead in Jefferson Co. Lake

PUNXSUTAWNEY – The death of a man whose body was pulled from a state-owned reservoir is being investigated in Jefferson County. State police at Punxsutawney responded to Cloe Lake at approximately 8 p.m. Wednesday.
State police aren’t suspecting foul play, but an autopsy was scheduled Thursday. State police haven’t said how they believe the man died.
State police and the county coroner were not releasing the man’s name because his next of kin hadn’t been notified.
A fire department rescue team helped the state police retrieve the man’s body.
