An incident of harassment occurred at approximately 3 a.m. Wednesday in Chester Hill Borough. Two Philipsburg adults engaged in a verbal altercation, which turned physical when a 30-year-old man allegedly pushed and kicked a 25-year-old woman. He was issued a non-traffic citation for assault/harassment through the district court in Kylertown.
