Police Report: DuBois PSP

• A single-vehicle accident occurred at 5:40 a.m. Monday on Main Street in Troutville Borough. Randall S. Luzier, 34, of Olanta was traveling westbound when his truck struck a horse. He and his passenger, Duane P. Bailey, 47, of Hyde were wearing their seatbelts. Luzier wasn’t injured. Baily was injured but state police weren’t aware of the severity. He was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center. Police were assisted by the Brady Township Volunteer Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services.
• A warrant has been obtained for the arrest of Jeffry Lynn Lorenz, who left Just for Jesus Ministries on Aug. 15. He’s failed to register his new address within 48 hours as required by law under Megan’s Law.
