Falls Creek Couple Facing Charges for Toddler being Naked, Unsupervised

FALLS CREEK – A Falls Creek couple is facing charges for endangering the welfare of their son after an incident that occurred Monday night at their North Third Street residence, the DuBois-based state police reported this morning.
The couple’s son, a 2-year-old boy, was found naked outside their residence. State police determined he hadn’t been supervised for approximately 45 minutes. After numerous attempts to contact the couple, state police entered the residence and found them sleeping upstairs.
The DuBois-based state police have filed charges through the district court.
