Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Following the surfacing of the Duchess of Cambridge’s topless vacation photos and an alleged “intimate footage,” an American adult entertainment company, YouPorn, has expressed interest in obtaining the rights to the royal footage.
In the copy of the letter obtained by TMZ, YouPorn owner Corey Price has offered the editor of Closer magazine an “open checkbook” to obtain the alleged intimate footage.
In the letter, Price said, “We’d like to make an offer on this footage since we believe this is an incredibly newsworthy story, and we are already being slammed with emails from our site’s loyal visitors begging us to make an offer.”
He followed it up with, “We feel very confident that we can show this footage legally, and would like to make you aware that we have an “open checkbook”. We’d truly like to have the first crack at this, as we know that this type of litigation can be a “royal pain” for your magazine to deal with, and our site is a much better fit when it comes to sexy videos, that’s what youporn.com is all about.”
Meanwhile, Pieau, following statements saying more photos will be published, has said she is restraining printing the photos for an undisclosed reason.
The Royals are reported to sue the erring ones involved.
