Julian Woman Sustains Moderate Injuries in Huston Township Accident

HUSTON TOWNSHIP – A 24-year-old Julian woman sustained moderate injuries after a single-vehicle accident that occurred at 8:52 a.m. Sept. 4 on Skytop Mountain Road in Huston Township, according to the Philipsburg-based state police.
Jessica L. Garman, 24, of Julian was traveling westbound and negotiating a left-hand curve in the roadway. She lost control of her vehicle, traveled off the right shoulder and struck an impact attenuator.
Garman was transported to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries. She was wearing her seatbelt. She’ll be cited for the accident.
