Thieves Target Storage Trailers at Girard Township Job Site

GIRARD TOWNSHIP – Sometime between Friday and Tuesday, someone broke into two storage trailers that belonged to Northern Sons Inc. of Kittanning at their job site off Ridge Road in Girard Township, the Clearfield-based state police reported.
The suspect stole two shanks for a D-11 Dozer valued at $3,000; one shovel tooth for a D11 Dozer valued at $1,200; a transmission water pump for a D-11 Dozer valued at $1,000 and several other items.
