State Police Searching for Missing Boy

WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based state police have initiated an investigation into the runaway of a 16-year-old Houtzdale boy, Ryan Calvin Matthews.
Matthews is described as a Caucasian boy, standing 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has short brown hair.
State police said the boy left his residence Aug. 8 and was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. He was last seen at approximately 6 p.m. Sunday on Front Street in Philipsburg.
