WINSLOW TOWNSHIP– Three Reynoldsville men were flown from the scene of a single-vehicle accident at 7:25 a.m. today along U.S. Route 322 inWinslowTownship, the DuBois-based state police reported.
An 18-year-old Reynoldsville man was traveling eastbound and initiated a left-hand curve at a high rate of speed. He lost control of his vehicle, traveling across the roadway.
There, his vehicle traveled up an embankment and began to overturn back across the roadway. It then traveled down a small hill and came to a rest against a tree upside down.
Neither the operator nor his two passengers, two Reynoldsville men, was wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident. They were subsequently ejected from the vehicle and flown from the scene via medical helicopter.
The men were not identified by state police.
