State College, PA, United States (4E Sports) – Will Fuller won’t be heading to Penn State as the wide receiver recruit has had a change of heart and flipped his commitment to Notre Dame on Sunday.

The Roman Catholic (Philadelphia) standout made his decision after a weekend campus visit to South Bend convinced him to decommit from Penn State.

Fuller was offered a scholarship by Notre Dame offered him in response to the issues at Penn State after the NCAA handed down sanctions for the Jerry Sanduksy child sex abuse scandal.

Fuller had just visited Penn State and reaffirmed his commitment there, tweeting on July 28 that he was “100% committed to the greatest college.”

The 6-foot-1, 163-pounder was the only Penn State commit who was recruited as a wideout.
