Brockport Woman Accused of Retail Theft Incidences

FOX TOWNSHIP – A 32-year-old Brockport woman, Jennifer Jamison, has been accused of four, separate incidences of retail theft at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township, the Ridgway-based state police reported.

The first incident occurred at 10 p.m. July 10, at which time Jamison was allegedly observed leaving with a bottle of water valued at $1.78 without paying.

The second incident occurred at 8 p.m. July 19, at which time Jamison was allegedly observed leaving with a bottle of Lipton Iced Tea valued at $1.68 without paying.

The third incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. July 21, at which time Jamison was allegedly observed leaving with a pair of shorts, a tank top and a bra, which were valued at $22.82 without paying.

The fourth incident occurred at 8 p.m. July 23, at which time Jamison was allegedly observed leaving with three cases of soda, a bottle of Lipton Iced Tea, a pack of Frontline, a bottle of liquid dog de-wormer and a dog collar and leash. The total value of the stolen items was $76.32.

Jamison has been charged through the district court in St. Marys.
