Bigler Man Injured in Bicycle/Vehicle Accident

DECATUR TOWNSHIP – A Bigler man was injured on Wednesday after he was cut off while on his bicycle.
The state police in Clearfield said that Jonathan Frantz of Bigler was riding bicycle along state Route 2007. At the intersection with township Route 847 in Decatur Township, another vehicle passed him and made a right turn onto Woods Hollow, causing Frantz to loose control of his bike. It flipped, landing on the road, then striking the unknown vehicle.
The vehicle slowed, then sped off. Frantz suffered moderate injuries. Police said he was wearing a helmet.
