Joann M. White Walker, Age 78 of Sykesville-Troutville Road, Punxsutawney, died June 10, 2012 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Born on Nov. 1, 1933 in Punxsutawney, PA, she was the daughter of the late William & Zola (Gaston) White.
On Dec. 5, 1953, she married Burnell G. Walker. He preceded her in death December 23, 2009.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Grace United Methodist Church.
She is survived by 2 daughters (Mrs. Dominic (Pamela J.) Martino of Naples, FL, and Mrs. Jack (Terry A.) Ellinger of Wishaw, PA.) 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister (LaRu Oberlin)
Visitation will be held on June 12 from 3 to 6 p.m. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home to be followed by a family remembrance at 6 p.m.
Burial will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park.
