NY, NY, United States (AHN Sports) – What a difference a start makes … that must be what New York Mets starter Johan Santana is feeling a week after tossing a no-hitter against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Santana has been knocked around for four homers through three innings by the Yankees, who lead the Mets 6-0 Friday.

Robinson Cano blasted a pair of two-run shots over the three frames, both times scoring A-Rod ahead of him.

Nick Swisher and Andruw Jones followed with round-trippers in the third.

Hiroki Kuroda is on the hill for the Yanks, retiring the first 10 batters he faced before Derek Jeter booted a grounder in the fourth.

A-Rod bailed him out by starting a 5-4-3 double-play despite a broken bat sailing over his head.
