ATV Accident Results in Injuries, DUI Charges

KARTHAUS – An Ephrata man involved in an ATV accident on Saturday is facing DUI and related charges.
According to the state police in Clearfield, the Ephrata man was traveling eastbound on Pottersdale Road with a 2-year-old seated in front of him. He lost control of his ATV and it struck a ditch on the north side of the road. The driver was transported to Clearfield Hospital for injuries he suffered during the crash.
Police stated the child was uninjured.
