Space capsule DragonX attached to International Space Center

Cape Canaveral, FL, United States (4E) – Astronauts on the International Space Station have successfully used a robotic arm to reach out and grab the unmanned SpaceX Dragon capsule at a distance of about 32 feet.
There were some technical glitches and the initial attempt failed. Nevertheless, everything finally worked and the first private space capsule sent to the ISS was successfully attached.
On Saturday morning, the final steps to dock the Dragon will take place.
Then the hatches between the ISS and the Dragon will be opened and the astronauts can begin moving the 1,014 pounds of cargo onto the ISS. Then they will load the Dragon up with cargo for the return flight, the capsule will undock and return home.
