Police “Actively Searching” for Woman Linked to Stabbing

CLEARFIELD – The Lawrence Township police are “actively searching” for 26-year-old Shanna Leigh Carlson who allegedly stabbed a 30-year-old Clearfield man at 8:10 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of 21st Street.

Carlson is described as a Caucasian woman, standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and an unknown hair color. After the stabbing, she fled the scene in an unknown, green-colored passenger car.

At arrival, police found a Clearfield man with a 1-inch stab wound in his upper left shoulder. He was transported to the Clearfield Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police completed criminal charges for aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct and offensive prohibited weapons.
