Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of harassment occurred at 4:44 p.m. Saturday along the Bennetts Valley Highway in Jay Township, Elk County. A Weedville man and woman were allegedly engaged in a verbal argument when he spit in her face. He’s been charged with harassment through the district court.
