Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

A cellular phone was located in the Curtis Park area of Philipsburg and turned into the state police barracks on Wednesday. The phone can be claimed by the owner between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Philipsburg-based state police barracks.
