Charges Pending in “Rape” Case

CLEARFIELD - After a two-month investigation two arrests will be made in the alleged rape that was to have occurred in the driving park on March 20.
As a result of the investigation, a 14-year-old girl is being charged with false reports for making false statements to the police that this incident occurred when it did not. A 24-year-old Clearfield man is being charged for statutory sexual assault and other related crimes related to this investigation.
