Car/Truck Wash to Benefit Emily Whitehead, Relay for Life

PHILIPSBURG – A car and truck wash will be held to benefit Emily Whitehead.
The event will be held on May 12 from 10 a.m. to sunset. Cars will be accepted at the Reliance Fire Company, while trucks will be accepted at the Casteel Chiropractic Center. Minimum donations for wash services are as follows:
Cars: $7
Tractor trailer: $80
Other trucks (such as tri-axles): $70
One hundred percent of the wash proceeds will go to benefit Emily Whitehead, a six-year-old fighting leukemia.
The benefit sponsored by CRG Resources LLC with help from numerous other local companies to be named on the day of the event.
A bake sale and and Chinese auction will also be held at the Reliance Fire Department. One hundred percent of the bake sale proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life being held in Clearfield.
