Muncy Man Arrested for Drugs on SR 879

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield-based state police arrested 25-year-old Joshua Lee Moser of Muncy for drug possession at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday along state Route 879 in Lawrence Township.
According to the police report, Moser was stopped for numerous traffic violations near Sapp Bros. Upon further investigation, police searched his 2005 Nissan and discovered suspected cocaine, crack and pills.
Moser was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia through the district court. He’s being lodged at the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
