Michigan State football players suffer minor injuries in car crash

Brighton, MI, United States (AHN Sports) – Michigan State football players William Gholston and Lawrence Thomas were in a rollover car accident near Brighton, Michigan Wednesday, according to the Detroit Free Press.

A woman lost control of her vehicle and veered into an SUV driven by Gholston, though all three suffered just scratches and bruises.

“William Gholston and Lawrence Thomas were shaken after being involved in a rollover accident Wednesday afternoon. The police responded within minutes of the accident, and thankfully, no one was seriously injured. Fortunately, both of them were wearing their seat belts, and that made a difference in ensuring their safety.”

Gholston is a sophomore defensive end, while Thomas is a freshman linebacker. Both are from Detroit.
