Avery Grace Stiffler, infant, of Erie, died on April 20, 2012 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie.
She was the daughter of Kenneth & Sandra (Passmore) Stiffler. They live in Erie.
She is survived by her paternal grandmother, Rose Stiffler of Brockway, her maternal grandmother, Mary Jo Passmore of Falls Creek, PA, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Harry Stiffler and her maternal grandfather, David Passmore.
