Police Investigating Assault at SCI-Rockview

STATE COLLEGE – The state police at Rockview are investigating an assault that occurred at SCI-Rockview on Monday evening.
Police said that around 7:15 p.m., troopers were summoned to investigate an assault that resulted in two inmates needing medical attention. One suffered numerous lacerations and abrasions to his head, while the other had stab wounds.
A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
