Police Report: PSP Clearfield

- Sebert C. MacQueen IV was charged with simple assault and harassment. It is alleged he smacked a 23-year-old woman on her bottom an excessive amount of times, causing severe bruising, redness and scratch marks near her buttocks and lower back area. He was arraigned and lodged in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
- John Deetscreek of Portage was traveling east on state Route 879; Teresa Stage of Indiana was in front of him. She slowed to make a left turn and Deetscreek’s brakes failed. He was unable to stop and attempted to pass from the left. In doing so he sideswiped the left side of her vehicle and continued off the road, striking a construction trailer and an equipment roller before stopping. No injuries were reported.
