• Police assisted EMS on North Second Street with an overdose victim.
• Police responded to Healey Avenue for kid’s spray painting. Police were unable to locate anyone or any signs of graffiti.
• Police report that items were removed from a vehicle while it was parked along South Third Street.
• Police report that a chain saw was removed from an East Market Street residence. The investigation continues into the theft.
• Police were dispatched to a barking dog complaint. The animal was taken to the kennel and dog law was contacted.
