Police Report: Curwensville Borough

• Police received a report of careless driving. The vehicle was located on Hill Street. Officers found the driver to be driving under suspension and issued a citation.
• A cell phone was reported stolen from a State Street residence.
• Drug paraphernalia was turned over to police. Several hypodermic needles were found throughout the borough, along with other items. Police would like to caution people handling any of these items, and should they come into contact with them, to contact the police department.
• An iPod theft was reported.
• Police received a report of harassment.
• Police want to remind motorists that parking is prohibited between 3 and 6 a.m. on State and Filbert Streets.
• Several acts of criminal mischief occurred at Irvin Park. Extra patrosl will be provided in the area. Irvin Park and the parking area at the park are closed at 9 p.m.
