Pittsburgh, PA, United States (AHN Sports) – Pittsburgh Penguins center Mike Comrie and his celebrity wife Hilary Duff announced Sunday they will be expecting their first child.
Comrie, who previously put his NHL return on hold to rehab his injured hip, could skip another season or even hang up his stick for good following the pregnancy of his wife.
Comrie and Duff have just celebrated their one-year anniversary and there’s no better way to relish it than announcing the actress’ pregnancy.
Duff posted the following message on her web site Sunday.
“Hello everyone! This weekend, Mike and I are celebrating our 1-year anniversary! In memory of the special day, we decided to post some of our favorite pictures from our wedding! I can’t believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you’re having fun! We also want to share the exciting news that BABY MAKES THREE!!!
“We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives. Thanks to everyone for the continued love and support throughout the years!”
