DCPD Enacts Lobby Service

May 10, 2011 at 4:11 AM by · Leave a Comment

Lobby service has returned to the DuBois City Municipal Building for contacting the city police, at least for the time being.  Part of a trial period, the doors to the police lobby will be unlocked between eight in the morning till four in the afternoon.  This began last Monday.

Until Monday, anyone attempting to enter the police lobby would find a locked door.  Next to the door was a callbox that would put a person in contact with county control for police aid.  Due to some college assistance the City of DuBois Police Department will be able to renew this service for the time being.
