Clearfield Volleyball Team Loses in Three Sets to Indian Valley

LEWISTOWN –  The Clearfield Lady Bisons lost to Indian Valley on Thursday in three sets by the scores of 25-19, 25-17, and 25-20.

Stat leaders:

Kristen Henderlong: 11 Service Points, 4 Aces, 3 Assists, and 4 Digs

Jordan Puit: 5 Service Points, 2 Aces

Dakota Farmery: 5 Kills and 1 Block

Michelle Payonk:  5 Service Points

Head coach Sarah Fye commented on the close loss, “We need to take control of the game early and not leave teams hang around.  We also need to have more of a team effort with our serving. Give credit to Kristen Henderlong stepping up and doing a great job with her serving”.

The junior varsity lost in two games by the score of 18-25 and 19-25.

The lady Bisosn will take their 1-7 record to the Bellwood-Antis Lady Blue Invitational on Saturday.
